| Abstract: | Probiotik dan multivitamin asam amino komersil sering digunakan sebagai
pengganti antibiotic growth promoters (AGP) yang telah dilarang penggunaanya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis performa daging berdasarkan Feed
Convertion Ratio (FCR), Feed Intake (FI), Pertambahan Bobot Badan (PBB),
keseragaman, dan Index Performance (IP) pada ayam broiler yang diberi probiotik
(P1) dibandingkan ayam broiler yang diberi multivitamin asam amino komersil
(P2). Penelitian menggunakan 88 ekor DOC ras Ross 308 yang terbagi menjadi 2
kelompok P1 dan P2. Hasil evaluasi perbandingan antara pemberian probiotik (P1)
dan multivitamin asam amino komersial (P2) sebagai pengganti antibiotic growth
promotor (AGP) menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara kedua
perlakuan dalam performa daging berdasarkan FCR, FI, PBB, keseragaman, dan IP
(P > 0,05). Probiotics and commercial amino acid multivitamins are commonly used as substitutes for antibiotic growth promoters (AGPs), which have been banned. This study aims to analyze the feed conversion ratio (FCR), feed intake (FI), Body Weight Gain (BWG), uniformity, and index performance (IP) in broilers given probiotics compared to those supplemented with commercial amino acid multivitamins. The study involved 88 Ross 308 day-old chicks (DOC) with two treatments: P1 (Probiotics) and P2 (Commercial Amino Acid Multivitamins). Comparative evaluation between probiotic (P1) and commercial amino acid multivitamin (P2) instead of antibiotic growth promoter (AGP) showed that there was no significant difference between the two treatments in terms of FCR, FI, PBG, uniformity, and IP parameters (P > 0.05). |
