Abstract: Perairan Situ Burung yang dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana rekreasi, mendapat masukan dari hasil kegiatan antropogenik yang berpotensi terhadap penurunan kualitas air. Selain itu, limbah yang berasal dari kegiatan antropogenik dapat mencemari perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan status kualitas air dan tingkat pencemaran perairan Situ Burung, Kabupaten Bogor secara spasial. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan September 2024 sampai Oktober 2024 pada empat stasiun pengamatan. Analisis data yang dilakukan terdiri dari tingkat pencemaran dengan Indeks Pencemaran (IP), kategori kualitas air dengan Indeks Kualitas Air (IKA) dan Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME), serta sebaran spasial kualitas air dengan ArcGIS 10.2. Secara spasial, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan tingkat pencemaran pada keempat stasiun. Berdasarkan kategori kualitas air, perairan Situ Burung termasuk kurang dan buruk untuk kegiatan rekreasi. Kategori kualitas air dan tingkat pencemaran tersebut dapat menjadi gambaran dalam pengelolaan Situ Burung secara optimal dan berkelanjutan untuk kegiatan rekreasi.
Situ Burung waters utilized as a recreational area, are subject to inputs from anthropogenic activities that have the potential to degrade water quality. Additionally, waste generated from such human activities can contribute to water pollution. This study aims to assess the water quality status and pollution level of Situ Burung, located in Bogor Regency, through a spatial approach. Sampling was conducted from September to October 2024 across four observation stations. Data analysis involved evaluating pollution levels using the Pollution Index (PI), water quality categories using the Water Quality Index (WQI) and the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME) method, as well as spatial distribution of water quality using ArcGIS 10.2. Spatially, there was no significant variation in pollution levels among the four stations. Based on the water quality category, the waters of Situ Burung are considered less and bad for recreational activities. The water quality category and pollution level can be a picture in the management of Situ Burung optimally and sustainably for recreational activities.
