Primary data were collected by interviewing and field observations, secondary data were collected from government agencies. The data analysis used was social-ecological connectivity based on Ostrom and PPA (Participatory Prospective Analysis). The results of the analysis show that there is connectivity between SES components which is divided into positive and negative relationships between its components. PPA analysis resulted in two main variables with high levels of dependence and influence, namely crab stocks in nature and human activities. The management strategy that can be done is to increase supervision by the government regarding matters related to swimming crab catching activities.
