Penerapan Konsep MVC bagi pengembangan Web Chat Customer Service PT. Smart Telecom

Abstract

Provider needs communication to its customers. The internet can be used as an alternative way, especially in a chat form. Today, web application development using model view controller concept is being more popular. This research use the web engineering method and model view controller concept to create PT. Smart Telecom customer service chat application. After the application was finished, users and developers answer of the questionare are given, then the results are represented in a face diagram. For user, the small size of the eye in the face diagram represents dissatisfaction on the user's manual with the value of -20, which is also the lowest value in the range of -20 to 20. The maximum value is obtained at functions and systems with a value of 20 which is represented in the head eccentricity. The users average value is 7.7 which in the face diagram it appears that users are quite satisfied with this application. Otherwise, the developer results in downwards mouth openness in the face diagram represents dissatisfaction on the ability of replacing the database with the value of -5, which is also the lowest value in the range from -5 to 5. The maximum value is obtained at the ease of installation with a value of 5 is represented in the far distance between the eyes.
