Abstract: Usaha pengembangan domba pedaging melalui cross breeding antara domba Dorper dengan domba lokal merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas domba dalam negeri. Proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek teknis dan finansial dari kegiatan persilangan tersebut di Barokah Farm, Kediri, Jawa Timur. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dilakukan analisis kelayakan finansial dan SWOT. Hasil analisis usaha menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pemeliharaan dilakukan dengan baik, mulai dari penanganan domba impor, manajemen pakan, kesehatan, hingga proses reproduksi. Evaluasi performa menunjukkan tingkat kebuntingan dan bobot lahir cempe yang optimal. Dari aspek finansial, diperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp489.400.840 dalam 4 bulan dengan nilai R/C rasio sebesar 1,47, menunjukkan usaha ini layak secara ekonomi. Strategi pemasaran menggunakan pendekatan bauran pemasaran (4P) dan SWOT yang mendukung pengembangan usaha. Kesimpulannya, usaha cross breeding domba Dorper di Barokah Farm sangat potensial dan layak dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai solusi pemenuhan kebutuhan daging nasional.
The development of meat-producing sheep through cross breeding between Dorper sheep and local breeds is one of the strategies to improve domestic sheep productivity. This final project aims to analyze the technical and financial aspects of the cross breeding program at Barokah Farm, Kediri, East Java. Data collection methods included direct observation, interviews, and documentation, along with financial feasibility and SWOT analysis. The business analysis results show that maintenance management is well-implemented, covering the handling of imported sheep, feed management, health, and reproduction processes. Performance evaluation indicates optimal pregnancy rates and birth weights of the lambs. From a financial perspective, the business generated a profit of IDR 489,400,840 over a four-month period, with an R/C ratio of 1.47, indicating its economic feasibility. Marketing strategies were carried out using the marketing mix (4P) and SWOT approaches to support business development. In conclusion, the Dorper cross breeding program at Barokah Farm is highly promising and feasible for further development as a solution to meet national meat demand.
