| dc.description.abstract | Seiring perkembangan teknologi pada sektor digital membuat munculnya peralihan dari metode penjualan tradisional menjadi digital. Penjualan barang secara digital ini dikenal dengan nama e-commerce dan salah satu penyedia layanan e-commerce di Indonesia adalah Tokopedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik responden, mengukur tingkat literasi keuangan, serta menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, brand trust, dan keputusan pembelian pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia di Indonesia. Peneliti mengambil data dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode yang peneliti gunakan adalan analisis deskriptif dengan Excel dan SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Tingkat literasi pengguna aplikasi Tokopedia di Indonesia adalah sebesar 83 dengan kategori well literate, (2) literasi keuangan dan brand trust memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (3) literasi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand trust. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Along with the development of technology in the digital sector, traditional sales methods have become digital. Digital sales of goods are known as e-commerce and one of the e-commerce service providers in Indonesia is Tokopedia. This study aims to identify the characteristics of respondents, measure the level of financial literacy, and analyze the influence of financial literacy, brand trust, and purchasing decisions of Tokopedia application users in Indonesia. Researchers took data using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling methods. The method used by researchers is descriptive analysis with Excel and SEM-PLS using SmartPLS. The results of this study are (1) The literacy level of Tokopedia application users in Indonesia is 83 with the well literate category, (2) financial literacy and brand trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, (3) financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on brand trust. | - |
