| dc.description.abstract | Neurotransmitter GABA dan glutamat memainkan peran penting dalam transmisi sinaptik di sistem saraf. GABA transporter (GAT1) memediasi reuptake GABA di terminal neuron GABAergik dan glutamatergik. Selain itu, GABA juga direuptake dengan bantuan sel-sel glia yang ada di sekitar celah sinaps. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mekanisme reuptake dan sintesis neurotransmitter GABA dan glutamat. | id |
