Abstract: RW 29 Kaliabang Tengah, Bekasi Utara, merupakan kawasan rawan banjir akibat curah hujan tinggi, drainase buruk, dan dominasi permukaan kedap air. Penelitian ini merancang sistem polder untuk mengendalikan banjir menggunakan model EPA SWMM 5.2, dengan data dari survei lapangan, BMKG, CHIRPS, dan peta topografi. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan sistem drainase existing tidak mampu mengelola limpasan secara efektif. Sistem polder yang dirancang terdiri dari 96 saluran drainase (3 diperbaiki), kolam retensi 17.924 m³, dan pompa 0,5 m³/detik. Sistem ini efektif mengendalikan limpasan pada curah hujan harian maksimum 31,95 mm/hari (periode ulang 5 tahun), dengan continuity error <10%. Hasil ini menunjukkan efektivitas sistem polder dalam mengurangi risiko banjir di kawasan perkotaan dan dapat direkomendasikan untuk wilayah serupa. RW 29 Kaliabang Tengah, North Bekasi, is flood-prone due to high rainfall, poor drainage, and impervious surfaces. This study designed a polder system for flood control using EPA SWMM 5.2, based on field surveys, BMKG, CHIRPS, and topographic maps. Simulation results show that the existing drainage system cannot manage runoff effectively. The proposed polder system includes 96 drainage channels (3 improved), a 17,924 m³ retention pond, and a 0.5 m³/s pump. It effectively handles runoff from a 5-year return period rainfall of 31.95 mm/day, with a continuity error of less than 10%. These results demonstrate the polder system’s effectiveness in mitigating urban flood risks and support its recommendation for similar areas.
