The availability of roundwood supplies from natural production forests outside Java and Perhutani on the island of Java is declining. One potential source of roundwood supply is private forests. Roundwood harvested from private forests in Wonosobo is transported via an existing road network. This study aims to assess the roundwood transportation road network in private forests in the flat terrain in Wonosobo, Central Java. The study was conducted in two cutting blocks. The forest opening’s parameters were used include road density (WD), road spacing (WA), average road distance (RE), road network correction factor (Vcoor), and PWH percentage (E). The results showed that the road network in the first cutting block had a Vcoor value of 1.17 and a PWH percentage of 85.24%, while the second cutting block had a Vcoor value of 1.02 and a PWH percentage of 98.34%. The results indicate that the road network at the study site can serve the entire area of the private forest being harvested.
