Abstract: Personal branding di era digital merupakan salah satu bentuk memanfaatkan media sosial dengan baik di era digital. Nasywa Rahmah merupakan content creators kuliner yang berhasil menarik perhatian audiens melalui kontennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh personal branding Nasywa Rahmah pada akun Instagram @awlaparr terhadap minat kuliner di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif-kausal. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan 125 responden yang merupakan pengikut dari akun @awlapar. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah personal branding dan variabel dependen adalah minat kuliner. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear sederhana menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa personal branding Nasywa Rahmah berpengaruh terhadap minat kuliner di Kota Padang yang menunjukkan bahwa personal branding melalui media sosial memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung promosi kuliner lokal.
Personal branding in the digital era is one form of utilizing social media well in the digital era. Nasywa Rahmah is a culinary content creator who has succeeded in attracting the attention of the audience through her content. This study aims to analyze the influence of Nasywa Rahmah's personal branding on the Instagram account @awlaparr on culinary interests in Padang City. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative-causal approach. Data were obtained through a questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique involving 125 respondents who were followers of the @awlapar account. The independent variable in this study is personal branding with three main indicators, namely characteristics, relevance, and consistency, while the dependent variable is culinary interest using the AIDA model. This study uses simple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Nasywa Rahmah's personal branding has an effect on the culinary interests of the people of Padang City, The results of this study indicate that Nasywa Rahmah's personal branding has an influence on culinary interests in Padang City, which shows that personal branding through social media has great potential in supporting local culinary promotion.
