| Abstract: | Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi layanan
pemerintahan menuju sistem elektronik yang lebih efisien dan transparan. Website
BIMA hadir sebagai platform yang digunakan Direktorat Riset, Teknologi, dan
Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (DRTPM) untuk memfasilitasi penilaian
monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk menganalisis kesesuaian indikator penilaian dalam BIMA dengan kebutuhan
reviewer serta mengidentifikasi hambatan penggunaan yang dialami. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 109
reviewer. Teori yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model (TAM),
dengan fokus pada dua variabel: Perceived Usefulness (PU) dan Perceived Ease of
Use (PEOU). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas reviewer merasa
terbantu dengan adanya BIMA, meskipun masih ditemukan kendala teknis dan
keterbatasan fitur. Rekomendasi disusun untuk pengembangan sistem, khususnya
pada penyempurnaan indikator dan panduan penggunaan agar penilaian dapat
dilakukan secara lebih efektif dan akurat.

Teknologi Digital. The development of digital technology has accelerated the transformation of public services into more efficient and transparent electronic systems. The BIMA website, developed by the Directorate of Research, Technology, and Community Service (DRTPM), serves as a platform for assessing community service programs. This study aims to analyze the alignment of BIMA’s assessment indicators with the needs of reviewers and identify challenges in its use. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 109 reviewers as respondents. The research is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focusing on two variables: Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU). Findings indicate that reviewers generally find BIMA helpful in streamlining the evaluation process, although some technical issues and feature limitations remain. Recommendations include enhancing system functionality and refining evaluation indicators to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of assessments.
