| dc.description.abstract | RW 36 Kelurahan Teluk Pucung, Kota Bekasi merupakan salah satu wilayah rawan banjir akibat topografi rendah dan kapasitas infrastruktur drainase yang belum memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pengendalian banjir dengan sistem polder. Data curah hujan maksimum diperoleh dari hasil koreksi data CHIRPS dan BMKG selama 10 tahun, menghasilkan curah hujan rencana sebesar 37,67 mm untuk periode ulang 5 tahun. Catchment area direncanakan seluas 35,3 Ha, dan berdasarkan simulasi SWMM terdapat enam saluran yang tidak memenuhi kapasitas, sehingga memerlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan. Debit banjir maksimum yang masuk ke kolam penampungan mencapai 1,56 m³/detik. Kolam detensi dirancang pada lahan seluas 6.000 m² dengan kedalaman efektif 3,5 m dan volume maksimum 21.000 m³, namun kapasitas ini masih belum mencukupi kebutuhan limpasan sebesar 31.250,11 m³. Oleh karena itu, digunakan pompa berkapasitas 0,453 m³/detik untuk membantu mengurangi kelebihan volume air. Total anggaran yang dibutuhkan untuk pembangunan sistem polder ini adalah Rp20.888.869.057. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem polder mampu mereduksi banjir sebesar 100%. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | RW 36 Teluk Pucung, Bekasi City is one of the flood-prone areas due to low topography and inadequate drainage infrastructure. This study aims to design a flood control system using a polder system. Maximum rainfall data is obtained from the corrected data of the CHIRPS satellite and BMKG over 10 years, resulting in a planned rainfall of 36.793 mm/hour for a 5-year return period. The catchment area is planned to be 35.3 hectares, and based on SWMM simulation, there are six channels that do not meet capacity, requiring evaluation and improvement. The maximum flood discharge entering the retention pond reaches 1.56 m³/second. The detention pond is designed on an area of 6,000 m² with an effective depth of 3.5 m and a maximum volume of 21,000 m³, but this capacity is still insufficient for runoff needs of 31,250.11 m³. Therefore, a pump with a capacity of 0.453 m³/second is used to help reduce the excess volume of water. The total budget needed for the construction of this polder system is Rp20,888,869,057. Analysis results show that the polder system can reduce flooding by 100%. | - |
