dc.description.abstractSarapan dalam implementasi isi piringku adalah konsep sarapan yang mengacu pada pedoman gizi seimbang yang menggambarkan porsi ideal makanan dalam satu piring untuk sekali makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik sarapan isi piringku dengan status gizi siswa sekolah menengah atas. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional study dan dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2024 di SMAN 15 Tangerang. Hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik diuji dengan menggunakan uji Spearman dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p<0,05). Uji Chi-Square digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan isi piringku dan status gizi menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan (p-value = 0,092). Hubungan antara sikap gizi dan status gizi subjek dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan (p-value = 0,037). Uji Chi-Square digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan praktik gizi dengan status gizi subjek dan didapatkan hasil yang signifikan (p-value = 0,027).-
dc.description.abstractBreakfast in the implementation of my plate concept is a breakfast concept that refers to balanced nutrition guidelines that describe the ideal portion of food on one plate for one meal. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge, attitude, and practice of my plate concept breakfast with nutritional status of high school students. This study design used a cross-sectional study and was conducted from October to November 2024 at SMAN 15 Tangerang. The relationship between knowledge, attitude, and practice was tested using the Spearman correlation test and there was a significant relationship (p<0.05). Chi-Square test used to analyze the relationship between my plate concept knowledge and nutritional status showed no relationship (p-value = 0.092). The relationship between nutritional attitude and nutritional status was analyzed using the Chi-Square test and showed a significant relationship (p-value = 0.037). Chi-Square test was also used to analyze the relationship between nutritional practices and nutritional status and obtained significant results (p-value = 0.027).-
