Bekasi Regency had a coastline that was not fixed because it faced various pressures, both natural and non-natural. Coastline changes could be observed using remote sensing technology. This study aimed to map and analyze the rate of coastline change in the coastal area of Bekasi Regency, West Java, using Sentinel 2-A imagery from 2017 to 2024. Coastline extraction used the Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI) method, while the calculation of distance and rate of coastline change was performed using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS). The research location was divided into 10 sub-zones, where the highest abrasion and accretion occurred in Pantai Bahagia Village (Sub-zone A2). The results of the study showed that the rate of coastline change on the coast of Bekasi Regency was -1.53 meters/year, with an abrasion rate of -13 meters/year and an accretion rate of 9.6 meters/year. Abrasion on the coast of Bekasi Regency occurred due to strong waves, conversion of mangrove forest land into fishery ponds, land subsidence, rising sea levels, and beach sand excavation activities by the community. The accretion phenomenon on the coast of Bekasi Regency is caused by sedimentation that occurs at river mouths and the development of infrastructure around the coast.-
