| Abstract: | Konflik tenurial dalam praktik pengelolaan hutan di Indonesia menjadi
permasalahan yang kompleks dan sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mensintesis berbagai artikel terkait konflik
tenurial dalam praktik pengelolaan hutan di Indonesia serta mengidentifikasi
dampak konflik tenurial terhadap pengelolaan hutan. Metode yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Didapatkan hasil
176 artikel yang sangat relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa konflik tenurial paling banyak terjadi di Pulau Sumatera.
Aktor yang paling banyak terlibat dan berselisih mengenai tenurial adalah antara
masyarakat dengan pemerintah. Resolusi yang paling sering muncul dalam artikel
adalah Perhutanan Sosial, meskipun belum sepenuhnya bisa menyelesaikan konflik.
Dampak yang terjadi akibat adanya konflik tenurial terhadap pengelolaan hutan
dapat bersifat negatif dan positif. Tenurial conflicts in forest management practices in Indonesia have become a complex and frequently occurring issue. This study aims to identify, analyze, and synthesize various articles related to tenurial conflicts in forest management practices in Indonesia and to identify the impact of tenure conflicts on forest management. The method used in this research is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). A total of 176 articles highly relevant to the research objectives were obtained. The results show that tenurial conflicts most frequently occur on the Sumatra Island. The actors most involved and in dispute over tenure are communities and the government. The most frequently mentioned resolution approach in the articles is Social Forestry, although it has not yet fully resolved the conflicts. The impacts of tenure conflicts on forest management can be both negative and positive. |
