| Abstract: | DAFFA’ ADYTIA HIBATULLAH. Optimasi Tingkat Persediaan Sub Material Part Lokal Pada PT XYZ. Dibimbing oleh ANNISA KARTINAWATI.
Penulis melakukan penelitian pada PT XYZ yang bergerak dibidang perakitan kendaraan jenis commercial vehicle (kendaraan niaga). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadinya pada Perusahaan yaitu kekurangan material (Stockout). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada dengan menerapkan beberapa metode salah satunya metode Analisis ABC untuk mengetahui skala kepentingan material, Perhitungan Probabilistik, Titik pemesanan Kembali, dan perhitungan Inventory Turnover Ratio. Dari hasil perhitungan analisis ABC didapatkan tiga material kritis yang menjadi fokus untuk melakukan perhitungan ketahap salanjutnya dengan melakukan perhitungan reorder point dengan lead time tetap dan menambahkan tiga nilai service level yang berbeda yaitu 80%, 90%, dan 95%.
Dari perhitungan reorder point dengan penambahan Safety Stock dan menerapkan nilai service level sebesar 80% atau 0,84 menghasilkan perhitungan titik pemesanan Kembali pada material cushion cab rr mounting sebesar 2.043,99, pada material bumper front axle sebesar 1.009,91, dan pada material stopper helper sebesar 1.694,83. Dari perhitungan reorder point dengan penambahan Safety Stock dan menerapkan nilai service level sebesar 95% atau 1,64 menghasilkan perhitungan titik pemesanan Kembali pada material cushion cab rr mounting sebesar 2.490,64, pada material bumper front axle sebesar 1.231,72, dan pada material stopper helper sebesar 2.095,62.
Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang diisi oleh ketiga responden dari PIC inventory control dan staff part control diperoleh hasil bahwa 66,7% responden menyatakan bahwa penggunaan Safety Stock dengan service level 90% atau 1,28 sebagai standar yang tepat dengan menghasilkan perhitungan titik pemesanan Kembali pada material cushion cab rr mounting sebesar 2.289,65, pada material bumper front axle sebesar 1.131,91, dan pada material stopper helper sebesar 1.915,27. Responden berpendapat bahwa tinggat service level cukup efektif untuk memastikan ketersediaan material dan menghindari terjadinya penumpukan stock yang berlebih yang dapat meningkatkan biaya penyimpanan. Dari perhitungan inventory turnover ratio pada ketiga material mendapatkan hasil perhitungan untuk material cushion cab rr mounting sebesar 4,71 atau 5 putaran, untuk material bumper front axle sebesar 4,73 atau 5 putaran, dan untuk material stopper helper 4,14 atau 4 putaran. Dari perhitungan Inventory turnover ratio disimpulkan bahwa material cushion cab rr mounting dan bumper front axle memiliki jumlah perputaran persediaan sebanyak 5 kali dan tergolong mataterial cepat habis. The author conducted research at PT XYZ which is engaged in the assembly of commercial vehicles. This research aims to overcome the problems that occur in the company, namely material shortages (Stockout). The research aims to overcome existing problems by applying several methods, one of which is the ABC Analysis method to determine the scale of material importance, Probabilistic Calculation, Reorder Point, and Inventory Turnover Ratio calculation. From the results of the ABC analysis calculation, three critical materials were obtained which became the focus for further calculations by calculating the reorder point with a fixed lead time and adding three different service level values, namely 80%, 90%, and 95%. From the calculation of the reorder point with the addition of Safety Stock and applying a service level value of 80% or 0.84 results in the calculation of the reorder point on the cushion cab rr mounting material of 2,043.99, on the front axle bumper material of 1,009.91, and on the stopper helper material of 1,694.83. From the calculation of the reorder point with the addition of Safety Stock and applying a service level value of 95% or 1.64 results in the calculation of the reorder point on the cushion cab rr mounting material of 2,490.64, on the front axle bumper material of 1,231.72, and on the stopper helper material of 2,095.62. Based on the results of the questionnaire filled out by the three respondents from the PIC inventory control and part control staff, the results show that 66.7% of respondents stated that the use of Safety Stock with a service level of 90% or 1.28 is the right standard by producing a back order point calculation on the cab rr mounting cushion material of 2,289.65, on the front axle bumper material of 1,131.91, and on the stopper helper material of 1,915.27. Respondents argue that the service level is effective enough to ensure material availability and avoid excessive stock buildup which can increase storage costs. From the calculation of the inventory turnover ratio on the three materials, the calculation results for the cushion cab rr mlounting material are 4.71 or 5 turns, for the front axle bumper material of 4.73 or 5 turns, and for the stopper helper material of 4.14 or 4 turns. From the calculation of the Inventory turnover ratio, it is concluded that the cushion cab rr mounting material and the front axle bumper have a total inventory turnover of 5 times and are classified as fast consumable materials. |
