| Abstract: | Di era digital, perpustakaan telah bertransformasi menjadi pusat informasi berbasis digital yang dapat diakses melalui situs web. Namun, fenomena information overload menimbulkan beban kognitif kepada pengguna sehingga menghambat efektivitas akses informasi serta menurunkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna. Dalam kondisi ini, arsitektur informasi memiliki peran penting untuk membantu pengguna menemukan informasi secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik arsitektur informasi pada 20 situs web perpustakaan SMA/sederajat terbaik di Indonesia melalui pendekatan klasterisasi menggunakan metode klasterisasi K-Means. Tiga komponen arsitektur informasi yang dianalisis meliputi sistem pelabelan, sistem organisasi, dan sistem navigasi. Data diperoleh dari halaman Home setiap situs web dan dianalisis melalui tahapan eksplorasi data, seleksi fitur, normalisasi, penanganan outlier, penentuan jumlah klaster menggunakan Elbow Method, serta evaluasi hasil klasterisasi dengan Silhouette Coefficient. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tiga klaster memberikan konfigurasi terbaik dengan nilai Silhouette Coefficient sebesar 0,5432. Klaster beranggotakan situs web-situs web yang menekankan menu Koleksi & Sumber Daya dan menu Perpustakaan & Katalog Digital, dinilai memiliki bentuk arsitektur informasi paling ideal untuk konteks situs web perpustakaan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai keberagaman struktur informasi pada situs web perpustakaan sekolah menengah dan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan arsitektur informasi situs web yang lebih terstruktur dan ramah pengguna. In the digital era, libraries have evolved into digital information centers that can be accessed through websites. However, the phenomenon of information overload imposes a cognitive burden on users, hindering the effectiveness of information access and reducing the quality of user experience. In this condition, information architecture has an important role to help users find information efficiently. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of information architecture on 20 top senior high school library websites in Indonesia using a clustering approach using the K-Means algorithm. The three analyzed components of information architecture include the labeling system, organization system, and navigation system. Data were collected from the Home page of each website and analyzed through the stages of data exploration, feature selection, normalization, outlier handling, determination of the optimal number of clusters using the Elbow Method, and evaluation of clustering results with Silhouette Coefficient. The results indicate that three clusters provide the optimal configuration with a Silhouette Coefficient value of 0.5432. These clusters consist of websites that emphasize the “Collection & Resources” and “Library & Digital Catalog” menus, which are considered to have the most ideal form of information architecture for the context of library websites. This research provides insights into the diversity of information structures on senior high school library websites and serves as a reference for future design improvements. |
