Kualitas produk merupakan aspek penting bagi perusahaan untuk memenuhi keinginan konsumen. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memiliki tiga unit bisnis yaitu dalam bidang karoseri, fabrikasi, dan perakitan yang menghasilkan berbagai jenis kendaraan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi permasalahan pada proses trimming yang mengakibatkan timbulnya defect atau cacat pada kendaraan mobil khusus dan mencari tahu tindakan perbaikan yang harus dilakukan. Analisis pengendalian kualitas menggunakan metode Statistical Process Control (SPC) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu sebesar 315 berasal dari kurangnya ketelitian dan fokus dalam pekerjaan. Terdapat usulan dalam tindakan perbaikan yaitu dengan membuat form “Personal Capability Status” yang dapat digunakan sebagai sistem evaluasi yang menilai efektivitas kerja operator di area trimming kendaraan mobil khusus di PT XYZ. Product quality is an important aspect for a company to fulfill consumer desires. PT XYZ is a manufacturing company with three business units in the fields of coachbuilding, fabrication, and assembly, producing various types of vehicles. The purpose of this research is to identify problems in the trimming process that cause defects in special vehicles and to determine the corrective actions that should be taken. Quality control analysis uses Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The highest RPN value, which is 315, originates from a lack of accuracy and focus in work. A proposed corrective action is to create a "Personal Capability Status" form that can be used as an evaluation system to assess the work effectiveness of operators in the special vehicle trimming area at PT XYZ. |
