dc.description.abstractKebiasaan konsumsi pangan anak usia sekolah dasar belum sesuai dengan pesan gizi seimbang, sehingga rentan mengalami masalah gizi. Salah satu upaya dalam menyampaikan pesan gizi seimbang adalah memberikan pendidikan gizi menggunakan media interaktif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik gizi seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh media Ular Tangga PGS terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik gizi pada siswa sekolah dasar. Desain penelitian ini adalah quasy experimental dengan pre-test post-test one group design, dilaksanakan pada Agustus-Oktober 2024 di SDN Carangpulang 02 dan SDN Tenjosari. Subjek penelitian intervensi yaitu 25 siswa kelas V SDN Tenjosari. Subjek kelompok intervensi pada penelitian ini sebagian besar laki-laki (52,0%), mayoritas berusia 10 tahun (52,0%), serta sebagian besar subjek memiliki status gizi baik (64,0%). Mayoritas subjek kelompok tingkat penerimaan sangat menyukai media Ular Tangga PGS (88,0%). Hasil uji beda pada aspek pengetahuan gizi menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah pemberian intervensi (p<0,05). Hasil uji beda pada aspek sikap gizi menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan setelah pemberian intervensi (p>0,05). Adapun aspek praktik gizi dan keragaman konsumsi pangan menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p<0,05).-
dc.description.abstractThe eating habits of elementary school children are not yet in line with the message of balanced nutrition, which makes them vulnerable to nutritional problems. One of the efforts in conveying the message of balanced nutrition is by providing nutrition education using interactive media to enhance knowledge, attitudes, and practices of balanced nutrition. This study aims to analyze the influence of the PGS Snakes and Ladders media on knowledge, attitudes, and nutrition practices among elementary school students. The research design used is quasi-experimental with a one-group pre-test post-test design, conducted in August-October 2024 at SDN Carangpulang 02 and SDN Tenjosari. The subjects of the intervention research are 25 fifth-grade students from SDN Tenjosari. The subjects in the intervention group of this study were mostly male (52.0%), the majority were 10 years old (52.0%), and most of the subjects had good nutritional status (64.0%). The majority of subjects in the acceptance level group really liked the PGS Snakes and Ladders media (88.0%). The results of the difference test on the nutritional knowledge aspect showed a significant difference before and after the intervention (p<0.05). The results of the difference test on the nutritional attitude aspect showed no significant difference before and after the intervention (p>0.05). The aspects of nutritional practices and food consumption diversity showed significant differences (p<0.05).-
