dc.description.abstractPT Griya Indah Prakarsa adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi beton ringan aerasi (AAC), dengan produk utama berupa AAC panel. Perusahaan ini menghadapi masalah kualitas dalam proses produksinya, terutama terkait tingginya tingkat cacat produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu DMAIC untuk menganalisis dan meningkatkan kapabilitas proses produksi AAC panel berdasarkan data produksi dari bulan Januari hingga Juli 2024. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat cacat rata-rata mencapai 23%, dengan cacat retak sebagai jenis cacat yang paling dominan. Untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab utama cacat, digunakan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Tindakan perbaikan yang dilakukan mencakup pembaruan SOP, penyusunan instruksi kerja yang lebih jelas, dan pembuatan checklist serah terima. Setelah perbaikan diterapkan, hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan: level sigma meningkat dari 3,21 menjadi 3,56, nilai Cp naik menjadi 1,30, dan Cpk menjadi 0,63. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas naik sebesar 12%.
dc.description.abstractPT Griya Indah Prakarsa is a manufacturing company that produces Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC), with its main product being AAC panels. The company faces quality issues in its production process, particularly related to the high defect rate of its products. The research method used is DMAIC to analyze and improve the process capability of AAC panel production based on production data from January to July 2024. The analysis shows an average defect rate of 23%, with cracks as the most dominant type of defect. To identify the root causes of defects, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) were used. Corrective actions included updating SOPs, preparing clearer work instructions, and creating a shift handover checklist. After the improvements were implemented, significant results were observed: sigma level increased from 3.21 to 3.56, Cp increased to 1.30, and Cpk improved to 0.63. In addition, the quality improvement increased by 12%.
