| Abstract: | Layanan online food delivery (OFD) menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari gaya hidup masyarakat di Indonesia. Akan tetapi, kemajuan teknologi pada layanan tersebut belum sepenuhnya didukung perilaku konsumsi yang bertanggung jawab oleh pengguna. Peningkatan kesadaran konsumen penting dilakukan, karena digital nudge terbukti efektif dalam memengaruhi perilaku pengguna secara positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang ulang teknik nudging pada layanan GoFood serta melakukan uji kegunaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototipe medium-fidelity yang dirancang melalui empat tahapan: pembangkitan ide redesain dengan SCAMPER, pembuatan prototipe, uji kegunaan, dan wawancara. Uji kegunaan yang dilakukan kepada total 20 responden menunjukkan prototipe redesain meningkatkan penggunaan fitur konsumsi yang bertanggung jawab mencapai 87,5%, sedangkan prototipe orisinal sebesar 10%. Secara keseluruhan, prototipe redesain menunjukkan kualitas sangat baik dalam aspek pragmatis dan hedonis berdasarkan analisis UEQ-S. Online food delivery (OFD) services have become an integral part of people's lifestyles in Indonesia. However, technological advancements in these services have not fully supported responsible consumption behavior among users. Raising consumer awareness is essential, and digital nudge has been proven effective in positively influencing user behavior. This study aims to redesign nudging techniques on the GoFood service and evaluate them through usability test. A medium-fidelity prototype was developed using four stages: generating redesign ideas using SCAMPER, creating the prototype, conducting usability testing, and performing interviews. The usability test, conducted with 20 respondents, showed that the redesigned prototype increased the use of responsible consumption features to 87.5% compared to only 10% with the original version. Overall, the redesigned prototype demonstrated very good quality in pragmatic and hedonic aspects, as assessed by the UEQ-S analysis. |
