Floods occur repeatedly and disrupt the productivity of residents in RW 05, Bantargebang Village, Bekasi City. Based on the latest report, the flood occurred on February 27, 2025 with a height reaching 40 cm. The alleged flood occurred because the drainage channel and gravity flow were blocked. This study aims to control the flood with a polder drainage system using SWMM 5.2. The methods used include determining the DTA (water catchment area) with ArcGis, hydrological analysis, and modeling with SWMM 5.2. The data used are primary data in the form of existing channel dimensions and secondary data in the form of DEMNAS (Digital Elevation Model Nasional), RBI (Rupa Bumi Indonesia), CHIRPS (Climate Hazards Group InfraRed Precipitation with Station data) rainfall, and BMKG rainfall. The results obtained are in the form of a DTA of 26.5 Ha with a peak flood discharge of 0.2 m3/s. Therefore, it is necessary to repair two channels and five existing nodes, construct a 1500 m2 polder pond with a depth of 4 meters and a pump capacity of 0.6 m3/s, and construct a 1060 m long drainage channel. The design is concluded to be able to handle maximum flooding.
