Rats are wild animals that are often found in various habitats and become a pest in human life. Rats can cause damage and losses to crops, one of which is oil palm. This study aims to determine the level of attractiveness of Malayan palm rats to various formulations of coumatetralyl-based rodenticides with cereal-based baits with vegetable and animal flavorings, and to measure the durability and effectiveness after being exposed to the oil palm environment. The types of rodenticides used were coumatetralyl-based rodenticides rice baits and rice+wheat with chocolate, pandan, strawberry, and mealworm flavorings. This study used a choice test method, which consisted of palatability tests of the rodenticide before and after exposure under the oil palm tree, and with mealworms. Data were analyzed using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with Tukey's further test at a = 5%. The results showed that coumatetralyl rodenticide with pandan-flavored rice bait, rice+wheat bait with chocolate flavor,, and mealworms were more preferred by Malayan field rats.-
