Weh Island is one of the outermost islands in Indonesia and the center of the maritime tourism area. Weh Island waters are influenced by the monsoon cycle and the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). The purpose of this study is to describe spatial patterns and temporal variations as well as trends and indices of ocean health based on oceanographic parameters in the waters of Weh Island. Dataset for 12 years (2008 – 2019), output of Marine Copernicus Ocean model simulation with variable components of zonal, meridional currents, salinity, temperature, sea level, phosphate, nitrate, and dissolved oxygen. The time-series data were validated and analyzed using the Empirical Orthogonal Function (EOF) method, Power Spectral Density (PSD) method, and trends and indices of ocean health. The results showed that temperature and sea level in the east season were higher than the west season, while salinity in the east season was lower than the west season. Volume transport fluctuation values from zonal transects ranged from -0.35 Sv (westward) to +0.15 Sv (eastward) with an average value of -0.070 Sv. Parameter trends over 12 years showed an increase in temperature, chlorophyll-a and nitrate parameters, while salinity, dissolved oxygen and phosphate parameters showed a decrease. The estimated ocean health index has a value of 0.577 which is classified as moderate.
