Abstract: Perubahan iklim berdampak signifikan terhadap sektor pertanian, solusi untuk menghadapi tantangan pertanian akibat perubahan iklim adalah penerapan inovasi pertanian Bio-Intensif.
Climate change has a significant impact on the agricultural sector, the solution to face the challenges of agriculture due to climate change is the application of Bio-Intensive agricultural innovation. The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the relationship between farmer characteristics and knowledge stage, (2) farmer perceptions regarding innovation characteristics with persuasion stage, (3) extension support with each stage of the Bio-Intensive agricultural innovation adoption process. This study uses a quantitative approach and is supported by qualitative, with 36 respondents selected using census techniques. The results of the study show that the knowledge stage is significantly related to the level of formal education, with Sig = 0.013. Farmer perceptions regarding the characteristics of this innovation have a significant relationship with the persuasion stage with Sig = 0.049. The level of trialability shows a significant relationship with the persuasion stage with Sig = 0.013. Extension support is significantly related to the knowledge, persuasion, decision, and implementation stages with Sig= 0.010, Sig= 0.049, Sig= 0.001, Sig= 0.000 respectively
