This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the climate crisis affecting rice farming productivity. The study aims to analyze the adoption behavior of Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) practices among rice farmers in Karawang Regency using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical framework. The research employed a quantitative method, complemented by qualitative data from field studies. The findings reveal that attitudes toward behavior and perceived behavioral control have a positive and significant influence on intention. Additionally, informational background factors, including experience, knowledge, and media exposure, significantly influence attitudes and perceived behavioral control. Behavioral intention emerges as a significant predictor of CSA adoption behavior. The results highlight the importance of enhancing positive attitudes and strengthening perceived behavioral control among farmers, such as through training programs that emphasize the tangible benefits of CSA.
