dc.description.abstractInjektor venturi adalah salah satu komponen injeksi pada sistem fertigasi yang rancangan pengaturan dosisnya belum banyak ditemukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem fertigasi injektor venturi dengan kontrol dosis melalui bukaan katup saluran injeksi untuk irigasi tetes. Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari manufaktur alat, perlakuan bukaan keran injeksi untuk variasi debit injeksi, pengujian pencampuran pupuk, perumusan model, dan analisis hidrolik alat. Performa model dilaporkan dalam bentuk nilai Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Model hubungan bukaan dengan debit injeksi memiliki debit injeksi maksimum 0.3828 l/min dengan keragaman prediksi RMSE 0.0498, 0.0614, dan 0.0381 l/min dan MAPE 15.34, 22.73, dan 13.93 % pada untuk tiap pasangan percobaan berurutan. Performa model pencampuran pupuk memiliki RMSE yang beragam namun dengan nilai MAPE keseluruhan <15% terkecuali pada satu titik uji. Alat memiliki kapasitas operasi instalasi irigasi tetes dengan emiter 8 l/jam yang beroperasi dengan tekanan 7 meter. Jumlah emitter yang dapat dioperasikan sebanyak 99 buah dengan rataan debit curah 7.99 l/jam. Pengaturan tata letak instalasi irigasi adalah dua lateral dengan masing-masing berjumlah 50 dan 49 emitter, dipasang berpasangan, jarak antar pasangan 60 cm. Konfigurasi tersebut menghasilkan kebutuhan debit 13.18 l/min dan tekanan 9.15 meter yang masih dalam jangkauan operasi alat.-
dc.description.abstractVenturi injector is a part of fertigation injection system in which its dosing control mechanism is not widely explored. This research aims to design a venturi injector fertigation system with valve opening as a means of dosing control for drip irrigation installation. This research was conducted as follows: system manufacture, observing injection discharge for various openings, fertilizer mixing test, model generating, and hydraulic analysis. Models are evaluated with Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Injection discharge and valve opening relation model with maximum discharge 0.3828 l/min perform with RMSE value of 0.0498, 0.0614, dan 0.0381 l/min and MAPE 15.34, 22.73, dan 13.93 %. Fertilizer mixing models perform with varying RMSE value but with overall MAPE <15% except in one of the concentration input. System can operate a 0.8 l/hr emitter with a minimum head of 7 meters. There’s 99 emitters with average discharge of 7.99 l/hr which the system can operate with. Emitter is installed as follows, two lateral with 50 and 49 pieces each, installed side by side, and placed 60 cm apart. With such installation the total discharge required is 13.18 l/min with 9.15 meter head.-
