dc.description.abstractJahe merah instan merupakan salah satu minuman herbal yang sering dikonsumsi, namun produk olahan jahe merah masih belum terlalu berkembang dimasyarakat. sering kali UMKM belum mempunyai persiapan yang matang dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar pada pengembangan produk jahe merah instan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk jahe merah instan dengan pendekatan kanvas model bisnis serta merancang pembaruan kanvas model bisnis. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan riset aksi serta pembuatan prototipe minuman yang sesuai kebutuhan konsumen. Berdasarkan Pengujian masalah Kanvas model bisnis eksisting memiliki kekurangan berupa rasa manis yang dominan, dan penyediaan takaran yang kurang praktis,. Dilanjutkan dengan Pembaruan Kanvas model bisnis tahap pertama yang berdasarkan pengujian solusi memiliki kekurangan berupa Kemasan yang kurang menarik dan aliran penerimaan yang belum sesuai. Dilanjutkan dengan pembaruan kanvas model bisnis tahap kedua untuk mengevaluasi hasil pengujian solusi. Setelah itu kanvas model bisnis diperiksa kesesuaiannya dengan permasalahan lalu diverifikasi dengan tiga tahap yaitu total penerimaan pasar dengan uji tes pasar, segmen pelanggan dan keuntungan yang diperoleh perusahaan-
dc.description.abstractInstant red ginger is one of the herbal drinks that is often consumed, but red ginger processed products are still not too developed in the community. often MSMEs do not have proper preparation in facing market competition in the development of instant red ginger products. For this reason, this research aims to develop products instant red ginger with a business model canvas approach as well as designing a business model canvas update. The method used is a qualitative method through an action research approach and making prototypes of beverages that suit consumer needs. Based on the Business Model Canvas problem Test The existing one has drawbacks in the form of a dominant sweet taste, and the provision of a dose that is less practical. Followed by the Canvas Update of the first stage of the business model which is based on testing the solution, which has drawbacks in the form of unattractive packaging and unsuitable revenue streams. Followed by the second phase of the business model canvas update to evaluate the solution test results. After that, the business model canvas is checked for compliance with the problem and then verified in three stages, namely total market acceptance with market tests, customer segments and the company's profits.-
