| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRAK RAFAEL HUTAHAEAN. Analisis Produktivitas Penebangan Pohon Eukaliptus Menggunakan Chainsaw di Hutan Tanaman Industri PT, Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk, Sektor Aek Nauli. Dibimbing oleh UJANG SUWARNA. Kebutuhan bahan baku industri pulp dan kertas terus meningkat setiap tahun. Hutan Tanaman Industri (HTI) sebagai salah satu penyedia bahan baku industri pulp dan kertas diharapkan mampu meningkatkan produksi untuk memenuhi permintaan industri, melalui peningkatan produktivitas penebangan pohon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis produktivitas penebangan pohon Eukaliptus menggunakan chainsaw di areal Hutan Tanaman Industri PT Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk. Kegiatan penebangan pohon Eukaliptus dilakukan dengan menggunakan chainsaw Husqvarna 365. Hasil produktivitas penebangan pohon Eukaliptus rata rata sebesar 28,95 m3/jam dengan volume pohon yang ditebang rata-rata sebesar 0,15 m3/pohon dan waktu kerja penebangan pohon rata-rata sebesar 0,32 menit/pohon. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menghitung waktu pada setiap elemen kerja, sehingga produktivitas per siklus dapat diperoleh secara menyeluruh. Analysis of Eucalyptus Felling Productivity Using Chainsaws in Industrial Plantation Forest of PT. Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk, Aek Nauli Sector. Supervised by UJANG SUWARNA. The demand for raw materials in the pulp and paper industry continues to grow annually. Industrial Forest Plantations (HTI), as one of the main suppliers of raw materials for the pulp and paper industry, are expected to increase production to meet industrial demands by enhancing tree harvesting productivity. This study aims to analyze the productivity of Eucalyptus tree harvesting using a chainsaw in the Industrial Forest Plantation area of PT Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk. The harvesting activities were carried out using a Husqvarna 365 chainsaw. The results showed an average Eucalyptus tree harvesting productivity of 28.95 m³/hour, with an average felled tree volume of 0.15 m³/tree and an average harvesting time of 0.32 minutes/tree. This study suggests that data collection should be conducted by measuring the time for each work element to obtain a comprehensive productivity per cycle.
