This study aimed to assess the physical quality and content of fiber fractions, as well as total solubility and fiber, of agricultural by-product fillers in the form of indigofera twigs, palm fronds, and oil palm empty fruit bunches with and without enzyme treatment. Enzymes used included Xylanase, Mannanase, and Cellulase. Parameters measured included crude fiber, NDF, ADF, hemicellulose, specific gravity, pile density, pile compaction density, pile angle, total solubility and fiber solubility. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 8 treatments and 3 replications. Data were analyzed using ANOVA. The results showed that the addition of enzymes had a significant effect (P<0.05) in reducing the content of fiber fractions (NDF, ADF, and hemicellulose), and improving physical quality (BJ, KT, KPT and ST) as well as increasing the total solubility and solubility of fillers from fiber sources of indigofera twigs, palm fronds, empty fruit bunches of oil palm. Based on this, it is concluded that the addition of enzymes can improve the quality of the filler material, physically and chemically, and shows the potential of using enzymes in the optimization of fiber source feed fillers from agricultural by-products.
