| Abstract: | Indonesia saat ini memiliki berbagai macam masalah gizi, permasalahan gizi
yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia meliputi anemia, stunting, status gizi kurang dan
status gizi lebih. Gizi pada kelompok remaja perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus
karena kekurangan dan kelebihan gizi berpengaruh besar terhadap pertumbuhan
dan perkembangan tubuh serta berdampak pada masalah gizi saat dewasa.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara
pengetahuan gizi dan kebiasaan makan terhadap status gizi remaja di MAN 1
Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak November hingga Desember 2023
dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional, terdapat 64 contoh yang terlibat dan
dipilih secara acak (simple random sampling). Data yang diperoleh adalah kondisi
sosial ekonomi (karakteristik individu dan karakteristik keluarga), pengetahuan
gizi dan kebiasaan makan serta status gizi dengan cara pengisian kuesioner,
wawancara dan pengukuran secara langsung. Hasil uji hubungan menunjukan
terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi terkait isi piringku
dengan uang saku (p=0,029), jumlah konsumsi makanan pokok dengan status gizi
(p=0,034) dan jumlah anggota keluarga dengan statu gizi (p=0,044). Hasil uji
regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa uang saku, jumlah anggota keluarga,
pengetahuan gizi terkait PTM dan jumlah konsumsi makanan pokok memiliki
pengaruh 17,8% terhadap status gizi (R-square= 0,178) secara signifikan
(p=0,019). Indonesia currently has various nutritional problems, nutritional problems faced by Indonesia include anemia, stunting, and malnutrition. Nutrition in adolescents needs special attention because malnutrition have a major impact on growth and development of the body and have an impact on nutritional problems in adulthood. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and eating habits on the nutritional status of adolescents at MAN 1 Sukabumi. This study was conducted from November to December 2023 using a cross-sectional design, there were 64 samples involved and selected randomly (simple random sampling). The data obtained were socio-economic conditions (individual characteristics and family characteristics), nutritional knowledge and eating habits and nutritional status by filling out questionnaires, interviews and direct measurements. The results of the correlation test showed that there was a significant correlation between nutritional knowledge related to the contents of my plate with pocket money (p = 0.029), the amount of staple food consumption with nutritional status (p = 0.034) and the number of family members with nutritional status (p = 0.044). The results of the multiple linear regression test show that pocket money, number of family members, nutritional knowledge related to PTM and the amount of staple food consumption have a 17.8% influence on nutritional status (R-square = 0.178) significantly (p = 0.019) |
