| dc.description.abstract | Liquid Ekstrak Bahan Alam adalah bentuk cair dari senyawa – senyawa yang diperoleh dari bahan alam melalui proses ekstraksi. Mengingat suhu sangat berpengaruh terhadap senyawa – senyawa yang terkandung pada bahan alam maka untuk menduga umur simpan ekstrak tersebut digunakan metode Acclerated shelf life testing dengan pendekatan Arrhenius. Tujuan penelitian dalam pelaksanaan magang ini untuk menduga umur simpan dari Liquid Ekstrak Bahan Alam menggunakan metode Acclerated shelf life testing serta menentukan faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi umur simpan produk. Parameter titik kritis pada Liquid Ekstrak Bahan Alam adalah pH, warna, dan aroma. Penyimpanan dan pengukuran untuk melihat laju penurunan mutu Liquid Ekstrak Bahan Alam dilakukan pada empat suhu yang berbeda yaitu 20°C, 25°C, 30°C, dan 35°C. Sampel yang digunakan sebagai kontrol disimpan pada suhu 30°C dan setiap sampel dilakukan pengamatan setiap 7 hari selama 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produk mengalami penurunan mutu selama penyimpanan. Berdasarkan kemanan, produk faktor yang paling kritis dalam penentuan umur simpan berdasarkan pH dengan suhu 30°C yang memiliki umur simpan selama 25,6 hari | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Liquid Natural Material Extract is a liquid form of compounds obtained from natural materials through the extraction process. Since the suhue has a strong influence on the compound - composites contained in natural materials, to predict the life of such extracts used the method of Acclerated shelf life testing with the approach of Arrhenius. The purpose of the research in the implementation of this internship to presume the lifespan of Liquids Natural Material Extracts using the method Accleration Shelf Life testing as well as determining the factors - factors that affect the life of the product. The critical point parameters on Liquid Natural Material Extract are pH, color, and scent. Storage and measurement to see the rate of quality decline of Liquid Natural Material Extract is carried out at four different suhues 20°C, 25 °C, 30°C and 35°C. The samples used as a control are stored at a suhue of 30 °C and each sample is observed every 7 days for 28 days. Based on the product fertility, the most critical factor in the determination of the shelf life is based on a pH of 30 °C with a shelter life of 25.6 days. | - |
