Shrimp is an important economic resource in coastal Brebes, which productivity is linked to mangrove ecosystems. The management of shrimp resources using the Social-Ecological System (SES) framework in coastal Brebes has not been well identified. The study aims to map and analyze the connectivities between the components of the shrimp fisheries SES consisting of Resources Systems, Resources Units, Resources Actors and Resources Governance to formulate a sustainable shrimp fisheries management strategy in coastal Brebes. Shrimp resources caught in coastal Brebes are P. indicus, P. merguiensis, and Metapenaeus ensis, with highest CPUE value was 18.86 kg/trip and the highest RPUE value was Rp3,213,877/trip both in 2022. The important resource actors influencing shrimp sustainability are fishermen who catch shrimp. The RA component has a strong relationship with RS and RU but weak against RG, so it is necessary to increase collaboration between RA and RG.-
