| Abstract: | Masalah mengenai kualitas diet, aktivitas fisik, dan status gizi yang sering dijumpai selama perkuliahan dapat berdampak terhadap kualitas hidup mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas diet, aktivitas fisik, dan status gizi dengan kualitas hidup mahasiswa IPB University. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi cross sectional dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 96 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, pengisian kuesioner, dan pengukuran langsung pada bulan Agustus-September 2024. Kualitas diet diukur menggunakan Indonesian Healthy Eating Index, aktivitas fisik diukur menggunakan Internasional Physical Activity Questionnaire Short-Form, status gizi diukur menggunakan indeks massa tubuh, dan kualitas hidup diukur menggunakan World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Uji hubungan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar subjek memiliki kualitas diet need improvement (88,5%), aktivitas fisik sedang (53,1%), status gizi normal (58,3%), dan kualitas hidup sedang (51%). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara kualitas diet dan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas hidup keseluruhan maupun setiap domain (p>0,05). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan kualitas hidup keseluruhan dan setiap domain (p>0,05), kecuali domain psikologis (p=0,029; r=-0,223). Issues regarding diet quality, physical activity, and nutritional status that are often encountered during college can impact the quality of life of students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between diet quality, physical activity, and nutritional status with the quality of life in IPB University students. The research design uses a cross-sectional study with a total of 96 student subjects. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaire completion, and direct measurements in August-September 2024. Diet quality was measured using the Indonesian Healthy Eating Index, physical activity was measured using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form, nutritional status was measured using the body mass index, and quality of life was measured using the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF. Data analysis was conducted univariately and bivariately. The relationship test in this study uses the Spearman correlation test. The results show that the majority of subjects have a diet quality that need improvement (88.5%), moderate physical activity (53.1%), normal nutritional status (58.3%), and moderate quality of life (51%). The analysis results show that there is no relationship between diet quality and physical activity with overall quality of life and each domain (p>0.05). The analysis results show that there is no relationship between nutritional status and overall quality of life and each domain (p>0.05), except for the psychological domain (p=0.029; r=-0.223). |
