| Abstract: | Kampus IPB Dramaga mengalami peningkatan aktivitas sosial ekonomi
transportasi. Fragmentasi lahan baik pertanian maupun non pertanian menjadi
indikasi pemecahan bidang lahan dan perkembangan aktivitas sehingga
meningkatkan volume lahan yang harus ditata. Penelitian ini bertujuan
menganalisis faktor pendorong perubahan penggunaan/tutupan lahan dan
fragmentasi lahan tahun 2018-2024 di sekitar kampus IPB Dramaga. Sebaran
penggunaan/tutupan lahan. Terdapat 8 kelas penggunaan/tutupan lahan antara lain
permukiman teratur, permukiman tidak teratur, badan air, tegakan berkayu,
pertanian non sawah, sawah, padang rumput, dan lahan terbuka. Analisis perubahan
penggunaan/tutupan lahan menunjukan perubahan terbesar adalah lahan tegakan
berkayu ke pertanian non sawah, sedangkan permukiman teratur mengalami
peningkatan luas terbesar. Analisis regresi logistik biner digunakan untuk menduga
faktor pendorong dua pola perubahan penggunaan/tutupan lahan yaitu lahan
random forest. IPB Dramaga Campus has experienced a marked increase in socio-economic activities in the past two decades. The increasing activities accelerate land use change, mainly from agricultural land to the development of housing and supporting facilities for the commercial and transportation sectors. Fragmentation of both agricultural and non-agricultural areas indicates the division of land parcels and the development of activities, thus increasing the volume of land to be organized. This study aims to analyze the driving factors of land use/cover change and land fragmentation in 2018-2024 at the surroundings IPB Dramaga campus. The distribution of land use was identified from two time points of image classification employing Sentinel-2A and supervised classification with the random forest, then overlaid to produce the pattern of land use/cover change. There are 8 land use/cover classes including regular settlements, irregular settlements, water bodies, woody vegetation, upland, rice fields, grasslands, and open land. The result showed that the largest change was from woody vegetations (including mixed-tree garden, forest) to upland, while regular settlements experienced the largest increase in area. Binary logistic regression was used to estimate the drivers of land use/cover change: from agricultural land to built-up land and woody vegetation to built-up land. The results identified population growth as the main factor increasing the opportunity for agricultural land to be a built-up land (Y1) and from woody vegetated land to built-up land (Y2) at the surrounding IPB Dramaga. Land fragmentation was identified from the distribution of land use by using fragstats. The results of the land fragmentation analysis, especially the parameters of CA (class area) and NumP (Number of Patch), confirmed increasing regular settlements resulted from random forest classification over two time points. |
