| Abstract: | Ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) merupakan ikan yang sudah dikenal luas
oleh masyarakat dengan produksi nasional yang terus meningkat setiap tahun.
Peningkatan produksi memerlukan ketersediaan benih yang berkelanjutan melalui
pendederan. Penggunaan hapa dalam bak merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk
mengurangi stres pada saat pemanenan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis
kinerja produksi dan kinerja usaha pendederan ikan nila dengan teknologi bioflok
pada kolam terpal dengan menggunakan hapa dan tanpa hapa. Penelitian dilakukan
selama 42 hari menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 2 perlakuan, yaitu
menggunakan hapa dan tanpa hapa dengan 4 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan
bahwa perlakuan bak dengan hapa menghasilkan kinerja produksi terbaik dengan
tingkat kelangsungan hidup 74,62%, laju pertumbuhan mutlak bobot 0,050 g/hari,
dan rasio konversi pakan 0,41. Perlakuan bak dengan hapa juga menghasilkan
kinerja usaha terbaik dengan HPP sebesar Rp141, revenue/cost ratio 1,46, dan
payback period 0,75 tahun. Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is a fish that is widely known by the public with national production continuing to increase every year. Increasing production requires sustainable seed availability through nurseries. The use of hapa in tubs is an effort made to reduce stress during harvesting. The aim of this research is to analyze the production performance and performance of tilapia nursery businesses using biofloc technology in tarpaulin ponds using and without hapa. The research was conducted for 42 days using a completely randomized design with 2 treatments, namely using hapa and without hapa with 4 replications. The research results stated that tub treatment with hapa produced the best production performance with a survival rate of 74.62%, an absolute growth rate of 0.050 g/day, and a feed conversion ratio of 0.41. The tub treatment with hapa also resulted in the best business performance with COGS of Rp.141, revenue/cost ratio of 1.46, and payback period of 0.75 years. |
