| dc.description.abstract | Ebola merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang dapat mematikan akibat virus ebola dari genus Ebolavirus, familia Filoviridae. Penyakit ini merupakan penyakit yang perlu penanganan serius karena banyaknya kasus penyakit ebola yang berakhir kematian. Penanganan yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat model SEIRD menggunakan pendekatan CTMC yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dinamika penyebaran penyakit ebola secara stokastik. Pada penelitian ini difokuskan mengenai bilangan reproduksi dasar (R0), peluang transisi, dan peluang wabah. Jika nilai R0 < 1 penyakit akan menghilang dengan peluang bebas penyakit = 1, sedangkan jika R0 > 1 mengindikasikan bahwa pada kondisi ini kemungkinan akan terjadi peluang penyebaran wabah penyakit ebola. Simulasi numerik dilakukan dengan meningkatkan probabilitas penularan tiap kontak (??) dan laju penularan antara individu rentan dan individu mati yang belum dikremasi (????). Hasil yang didapatkan adalah semakin besar laju penyebaran, yang menyebabkan semakin banyak populasi yang terinfeksi, sehingga semakin kecil peluang terjadinya bebas penyakit ebola. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Ebola is one of the infectious diseases that can be deadly due to the ebola virus from the genus Ebolavirus, family Filoviridae. This disease requires serious attention because many Ebola cases result in death. The approach taken is by developing an SEIRD model using the CTMC approach, which aims to explain the stochastic dynamics of ebola disease transmission. This study focuses on the basic reproduction number (R0), transition probabilities, and outbreak probabilities. If the value of R0 < 1, the disease will disappear with probability = 1, whereas if R0 > 1, it indicates that there is a possibility of an ebola outbreak occurring. Numerical simulations were conducted by increasing the transmission probability per contact (??) and the transmission rate between susceptible individuals and uncremated deceased individuals (???? ). The results showed that the higher the transmission rate, the more population becomes infected, resulting in a lower probability of the ebola disease being eradicated. | - |
