Abstract: Kebutuhan daging ayam di Indonesia sebagian besar diperoleh dari unggas ayam broiler dengan kebutuhan 733 981,72 ton pada tahun 2022. Daging ayam broiler mengandung protein dan zat-zat yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gizi masyarakat seperti mineral, lemak, vitamin yang penting agar metabolisme tubuh berjalan dengan lancar. Tujuan dari kegiatan evalusai pengelolaan usaha peternakan sebagai upaya menambah ilmu pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman berwirausaha dan menambah wawasan tentang pengelolaan usaha peternakan khususnya dalam pengelolaan usaha ayam potong selama 4 bulan, selain itu dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan dan kompetensi yang didapat selama perkuliahan. Pengumpulan dan pengambilan data dilakukan dengan dua metode yaitu primer dan sekunder. Evaluasi pengelolaan usaha ayam potong di di Reyfa Broiler layak dan efisien dilanjutkan yang dibuktikan dari hasil nilai R/C sebesar 1.37, dengan total keuntungan sebesar Rp 1.926.458.944. Penjualan ayam sudah melebihi BEP dan produk karkas yang paling diminati adalah karkas ayam kecil.
Meat needs in Indonesia are mostly supplied from poultry, especially broiler chickens. Broiler chicken meat contains protein and substances that can meet the nutritional needs of the community such as fats, minerals, vitamins which are important for the smooth metabolic process in the bodyThe purpose of the evaluation of livestock business management activities is an effort to increase knowledge, skills, entrepreneurial experience and increase insight into livestock business management, especially in the management of the slaughter chicken business for 4 months, In addition, they can apply the knowledge and competencies obtained during lectures. Data collection and collection are carried out by two methods, namely primary and secondary. The evaluation of the management of the slaughter chicken business in Reyfa Broiler is feasible and efficient, as evidenced by the results of the R/C value of 1,397, with a total profit of Rp 1,926,458,944. Chicken sales are already above BEP and the most popular carcass product is little carcas.
