| Abstract: | Pearl oysters (Pinctada maxima) are a high-value Indonesian export commodity and contribute significantly to the country's foreign exchange earnings. The increasing demand for pearls has led to a rise in the number of companies and the development of businesses in the pearl oyster farming sector. This study aims to analyze the business development strategies for pearl cultivation from Pinctada maxima oysters in Raja Ampat. The research method employed the IFE-EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrix analysis. Based on the results, PT Yellu Mutiara has an IFE total score of 1.38 and an EFE score of 1.62, placing it in the aggressive quadrant of the SWOT matrix. This indicates that the company is in a strong position to leverage its strengths to capitalize on opportunities, manage weaknesses, and minimize external threats. The SWOT analysis resulted in 21 alternative strategies, and the QSPM results identified the top priority strategy: product diversification by selling pearls either as loose pearls or in the form of jewelry (10.84). This strategy is expected to enhance competitiveness and promote sustainable business development at PT Yellu Mutiara. Keywords: Pearls Oysters, QSPM Analysis, SWOT. |
