Abstract: Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang berkembang pesat mengakibatkan pergeseran pemasaran konvensional menjadi pemasaran digital. Aquila Herb merupakan salah satu perusahaan personal care berbasis natural yang juga menggunakan bahan lokal Indonesia dengan campaign #IndonesiaHeroIngredients. Dalam menjalankan campaign ini diperlukan pemasaran digital yang tepat agar kesadaran konsumen terhadap merek (brand awareness) Aquila yang menggunakan bahan natural lokal dapat meningkat. Terdapat lima tahapan desain keteknikan yang dilakukan antara lain eksplorasi, pendefinisian masalah, ideasi, pengembangan prototipe, dan validasi. Pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dengan platform Instagram dapat digunakan untuk menjalankan campaign #IndonesiaHeroIngredients. Terdapat beberapa bentuk konten yang dapat digunakan dalam platform Instagram salah satunya reels. Konten yang diunggah dalam bentuk reels dan jam unggah antara jam 17:00 hingga 19:00 dengan caption yang menarik dapat meningkatkan brand awareness Aquila yang dilihat dari kenaikan engagement rate akun Instagram Aquila.
Rapidly developing information and communication technology has resulted in a shift from conventional marketing to digital marketing. Aquila Herb is one of the natural-based personal care companies that also uses local Indonesian ingredients with campaign #IndonesiaHeroIngredients. In running this campaign, an appropriate digital marketing is needed so that consumer awareness of the Aquila brand that uses local and natural ingredients can increase. There are five stages of engineering design carried out including exploration, problem definition, ideation, prototype development, and validation. Digital marketing using social media with the Instagram platform can be used to implement the #IndonesiaHeroIngredients campaign. There are several forms of content that can be used on the Instagram platform, one of which is reels. Content uploaded in the forms of the reels between 17:00 to 19:00 with interesting captions can increase Aquila’s brand awareness as seen from the increase in the engagement rate of Aquila’s Instagram account.
