| dc.description.abstract | Penjadwalan yang dibuat secara manual memiliki kekurangan seperti waktu yang lama, kinerja kurang optimal, dan ketidakseimbangan jadwal petugas. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengoptimalan penjadwalan di antaranya banyak petugas, pembagian shift, jumlah hari kerja, dan lainnya. Dengan menerapkan metode Integer Linear Programming (ILP), dibuatlah penjadwalan yang optimum dengan fungsi objektif meminimumkan jumlah hari kerja petugas tiket pintu keluar kampus IPB Dramaga. ILP adalah suatu pemrograman linear yang sebagian atau semua variabel yang digunakan berupa bilangan bulat. Dengan bantuan software Lingo 20.0 didapatkan solusi optimal berupa penjadwalan petugas pintu keluar yang memenuhi seluruh kendala. Penjadwalan petugas tiket pintu keluar kampus IPB Dramaga yang menggunakan ILP berhasil mereduksi banyak petugas yang ditugaskan menjadi 28 petugas per hari dengan 11 petugas shift pagi, 12 petugas shift siang, dan 5 petugas shift malam. | - |
| dc.description.abstract | Manual scheduling has drawbacks, including lengthy processing time, suboptimal performance, and imbalanced work schedules for officers. Factors influencing the optimization of officer scheduling include the number of personnel, shift allocation, working days, and others. Applying the Integer Linear Programming (ILP) method, an optimal scheduling solution is created to minimize the working days for exit gate ticket officers at Kampus IPB Dramaga. ILP is a linear programming technique where some or all variables are integers. With the assistance of Lingo 20.0 software, an optimal solution is obtained, reducing the number of assigned officers to 28 per day. The distribution includes 11 morning shift officers, 12 afternoon shift officers, and 5 night shift officers. | - |
