| Abstract: | Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum, Desa Bangkiling Raya, Kalimantan Selatan mengelola peternakan lebah kelulut yang mendukung ekonomi pesantren. Penelitian ini menganalisis kondisi santri vokasi pokja lebah kelulut, potensi inovasi produk, proses fasilitasi pengembangan inovasi, serta strategi pemasaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, FGD, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif naratif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa situasi dan kondisi santri vokasi pokja lebah kelulut menghadapi kendala berupa tantangan produktivitas dan pemasaran madu kelulut disebabkan oleh faktor cuaca, pakan, pengetahuan, dan fasilitas. Potensi penciptaan inovasi produk dari olahan madu kelulut dilakukan melalui identifikasi khasiat dan tren lokal seperti lip serum dan minuman herbal, namun perbaikan budidaya dan peningkatan keterampilan santri masih diperlukan melalui pendampingan bersama stakeholder. Pemasaran difokuskan melalui digitalisasi di Instagram, Shopee, dan WhatsApp. Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Bangkiling Raya Village, South Borneo manages kelulut bee farming that supports the pesantren economy. This research analyzes the condition of the vocational students of the kelulut bee working group, the potential for product innovation, the process of facilitating innovation development, and marketing strategies. Data were collected through observation, FGDs, interviews, and documentation with a descriptive narrative qualitative approach. The results showed that the situation and conditions of the kelulut bee working group vocational students faced obstacles in the form of challenges in productivity and marketing of kelulut honey due to weather, feed, knowledge, and facilities. The potential for creating product innovations from processed kelulut honey is carried out through identifying local properties and trends such as lip serum and herbal drinks, but improving cultivation and improving santri skills is still needed through mentoring with stakeholders. Marketing is focused through digitalization on Instagram, Shopee, and WhatsApp. |
