dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan berupa tidak adanya modul yang mengakomodir proses Quality Control (QC) di sebuah sistem ERP yaitu Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, serta merancang dan menerapkan sistem QC pada sistem ERP yang lebih sesuai dengan yang terjadi di beberapa perusahan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Scrum selama 120 hari, data diperoleh melalui analisis dokumen dan observasi langsung, kemudian dianalisis. Proses pengembangan melibatkan perancangan fitur QC, seperti QC Card, QC Setup, lalu penyesuaian proses QC pada proses penerimaan barang masuk ke dalam gudang hasil dari proses pembelian (purchasing) dan proses pengiriman barang keluar dari gudang hasil dari proses penjualan (sales). Penelitian ini berhasil membuat dan menerapkan sistem QC pada ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Sistem yang dibuat kini mampu menangani proses QC saat barang masuk dan keluar gudang. Fitur-fitur seperti QC Card dan QC Setup telah diuji dan berjalan dengan baik, membantu perusahaan meningkatkan pengecekan kualitas barang, mempermudah proses QC, dan menyediakan laporan yang lebih akurat untuk kebutuhan manajemen.-
dc.description.abstractThis research was conducted to identify the lack of a module accommodating the Quality Control (QC) process in the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and to design and implement a QC system within the ERP that aligns better with the processes in several companies. Using the Scrum approach over 120 days, data was collected through document analysis and direct observation, then analyzed. The development process involved designing QC features such as the QC Card and QC setup and adjusting the QC process for receiving goods into the warehouse from purchasing and for shipping goods out of the warehouse from sales. This research successfully developed and implemented a QC system in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, now capable of handling the QC process when goods enter and leave the warehouse. The features, including the QC Card and QC setup, have been tested and function well, helping companies improve quality checks on goods, streamline the QC process, and provide more accurate reports for management analysis.-
