Indonesia is one of the countries that has quite high production of agricultural waste such as rice straw, corn cobs, tobacco, and others. The agricultural sector has waste products that contain a number of compounds that can be converted into products that have quite high economic value such as compost, animal feed or used as a medium for microbial growth. This research aims to identify factors inhibiting the growth of corn fungus (Coprinus comatus InaCCF120) in banana stem waste and corn cob waste. This method involves the use of banana stem waste and corn cob waste in the growth of janggel fungus. Factors inhibiting the growth of corn fungus (Coprinus comatus InaCCF120) in banana stem waste and corn cob waste are temperature, humidity, particle size, pH, O2 and CO2 levels, media density, and microbial contamination. |
