dc.description.abstractBlotong dan kotoran ayam tersedia dalam jumlah berlebih dan limbah tersebut dapat diolah menjadi pupuk organik. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengembangkan pupuk organik berbasis blotong dan kotoran ayam dan membuktikan pupuk tersebut berperan dalam efektivitas pertumbuhan kangkung. Metode formulasi yang digunakan adalah mencampurkan blotong fosfotasi, karbonatasi, kotoran ayam, dan bahan lainnya menggunakan granulator. Pupuk diuji kadar nitrogen, fosfor, kalium, C-organik, kadar air, dan pH. Masing-masing dengan metode Kjeldahl, spektrofotometri, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, titrasi, pengeringan, dan pH universal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan formulasi terbaik untuk pupuk organik yaitu formulasi empat dengan hasil kadar nitrogen sebesar 3,60%, fosfor sebesar 7,24%, kalium sebesar 1,40%, C-organik sebesar 21,97%, kadar air sebesar 7,23%, dan pH sebesar 9. Efektivitas pupuk terhadap pertumbuhan kangkung menunjukkan tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun pada empat formula tidak berbeda nyata sementara berat tanaman berbeda nyata.-
dc.description.abstractBlotong and chicken manure are available in excess quantities and the waste can be processed into organic fertilizer. The purpose of the study was to develop blotong and chicken manure-based organic fertilizer and prove that the fertilizer plays a role in the effectiveness of kale growth. The formulation method used was mixing blotong phosphotated, carbonated, chicken manure, and other ingredients using a granulator. The fertilizers were tested for nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, C-organic, moisture content, and pH, each using the Kjeldahl method, spectrophotometry, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, titration, drying, and universal pH. Based on the results of the study, the best formulation for organic fertilizer was obtained, namely formulation four with the results of nitrogen content of 3.60%, phosphorus of 7.24%, potassium of 1.40%, C-organic of 21.97%, moisture content of 7.23%, and pH of 9. The effectiveness of fertilizer on kale growth showed that plant height and number of leaves in four formulas were not significantly different while plant weight was significantly different.-
