Increased sales of sweet orange drinks in Indonesia have led to an increase in orange peel waste, most of which is discarded. Orange peels contain metabolite compounds that have potential as antifungals. This study aims to utilize sweet orange peel waste with a combination of fragrant pandanus leaves as an active ingredient for anti-dandruff shampoo preparations. The research procedure includes the extraction stage of sweet orange peel (Citrus sinensis L.) and fragrant pandanus leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb), and the formulation stage of shampoo preparations consisting of no addition of extracts, as well as the addition of extracts with concentrations of 3%, 6%, and 9%. The results showed that the yield of sweet orange peel was 43.5% with a yellow-brown citrus odor and 36.14% with a green-brown pandanus odor. Physical and pH test result showed stable result for 30 days of storage, and the inhibition zone against Malassezia furfur YPCC12214 was 7,3-10 mm. The results obtained in the study indicate that sweet orange peel waste with a combination of fragrant pandan leaves can be utilized as an active ingredient of shampoo preparations with the addition of the best extract at a concentration of 9%.-
