dc.description.abstract | Produksi ikan hias koridoras sterbai Corydoras sterbai terkendala oleh lambatnya pertumbuhan benih yang diakibatkan rendahnya nafsu makan. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan pemberian zat penambah nafsu makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas kunyit pada dosis berbeda untuk meningkatkan nafsu makan, kinerja pertumbuhan dan sintasan pada pendederan ikan koridoras sterbai. Ikan koridoras sterbai yang digunakan ukuran 1,5-2,0 cm dengan padat tebar 3 ekor/L. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, yaitu penambahan kunyit dosis 0 g, 0,05 g, dan 0,1 g. Cacing sutera direndam dalam larutan kunyit dengan dosis sesuai perlakuan dan diberikan ke ikan sebanyak dua kali sehari selama 45 hari pemeliharan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kunyit melalui pakan memberikan hasil yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap nafsu makan dan kinerja pertumbuhan ikan koridoras sterbai, namun tidak mempengaruhi nilai sintasannya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis usaha, perlakuan kunyit dosis 0,1 g memberikan keuntungan paling tinggi sebesar Rp29.486.693 dengan R/C rasio 1,95. | - |
dc.description.abstract | In the development of corydoras sterbai Corydoras sterbai production, there are obstacles such as slow growth in seeds caused by low fish appetite. One of the efforts that can be made is to provide appetite enhancers. This study aimed to test the effectiveness of turmeric at different doses to increase appetite, growth performance, and survival in Corydoras sterbai fish breeding. Corydoras sterbai fish used were 1,5-2,0 cm in size with a stocking density of 3 fish/L. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments and four replicates, namely, the addition of turmeric doses of 0 g, 0,05 g, and 0,1 g. Silkworms were soaked in turmeric solution at a dose according to the treatment and administered to the fish twice a day for 45 days of maintenance. The results showed that the addition of turmeric to the feed gave results that significantly affected the appetite and growth performance of corydoras sterbai fish, but did not affect the survival rate. Based on the results of business analysis, the turmeric treatment dose of 0,1 g provided the highest profit of Rp29.486.693 with an R/C ratio of 1,95. | - |
