Abstract: Rumah Kreatif Coey merupakan sebuah pusat pelatihan dan produksi yang terletak di Kelurahan Margajaya, rumah kreatif ini memegang peran penting dalam meningkatkan keterampilan hingga taraf hidup Masyarakat Margajaya, pelatihan ini berfokus pada keahlian kerajinan tangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program pelatihan dengan perubahan perilaku peserta, dengan mengukur gap antara kepentingan dan realita menggunakan metode importance performance analysis berdasarkan indikator Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa kuesioner dan didukung dengan data kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Hasil data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 29 dengan metode korelasi rank spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan perilaku dan perubahan perilaku, khususnya tingkat kepuasan dengan tingkat domain kognitif, dan hubungan tingkat perubahan perilaku dengan implementasi kehidupan peserta sehari-hari. Namun tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan kepuasan peserta dengan perubahan perilaku, yaitu pada domain afektif maupun psikomotoriknya
Coey Creative House is a training and production center located in Margajaya Village, this creative house plays an important role in improving the skills and living standards of the Margajaya Community, this training focuses on handicraft skills. This study aims to see the extent of the relationship between the level of participant satisfaction with the training program and changes in participant behavior, by looking at the gap between interests and reality using the importance performance analysis method based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) indicator. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of a questionnaire and is supported by qualitative data with an in-depth interview method. The data results were processed using the SPSS 29 application using the spearman rank correlation method. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between behavioral satisfaction and behavior change, especially the level of satisfaction and the level of cognitive domain and the relationship between the level of behavior change and the implementation of participants' daily lives. However, there was no relationship between participant satisfaction and their affective or psychomotor levels.
