Abstract: | Tingginya tingkat pengangguran terutama pada angkatan kerja usia muda disebabkan keterampilan pencari kerja yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar tenaga kerja dan rendahnya tingkat persiapan pencari kerja. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan ialah mengikuti program pelatihan kerja. Program pelatihan kerja merupakan program yang dirancang untuk mempersiapkan pencari kerja dalam memasuki dunia kerja dengan memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan. Program Management Trainee Incubator 2023 merupakan program persiapan karir bagi calon pencari kerja terutama fresh graduate untuk menghadapi berbagai seleksi pekerjaan terutama Management Trainee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program Management Trainee Incubator berdasarkan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada level reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Penelitian ini menggunakan 52 responden dengan data primer berasal dari kuisioner dan data sekunder berupa studi literatur. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistika deskriptif, GAP Analysis, Net Promoter Score (NPS), dan diagram SIPOC. Hasil penelitian pada level reaksi, persepsi peserta terhadap program tergolong sangat tinggi. Pada level pembelajaran, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Pada level perilaku, peserta berminat untuk mengikuti program Management Trainee. Pada level hasil, peserta bersedia merekomendasikan program kepada orang lain. Secara keseluruhan program terlaksana dengan efektif. The high unemployment rate, particularly among younger workers, results from job seekers' skills not aligning with labor market demands and their insufficient preparedness. Participation in job training programs offers a viable solution. These programs aim to equip job seekers with the necessary knowledge and skills for workforce entry. The Management Trainee Incubator 2023 program is a career readiness initiative, especially beneficial for prospective job seekers like fresh graduate preparing for various job selections, notably Management Trainee roles. This study evaluates the program's effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model across reaction, learning, behavior, and outcome levels. It involved 52 respondents, with primary data from questionnaires and secondary data from literature reviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, GAP Analysis, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and SIPOC diagrams. Findings show participants perceived the program very positively at the reaction level. There was a notable improvement in participants' knowledge and skills at the learning level. Participants showed interest in participating in the Management Trainee program at the behavioral level and were willing to recommend it at the outcome level. Overall, the program was effectively implemented. |
