| Abstract: | Permintaan pasar terhadap komoditas lobster air tawar mengalami
peningkatan.
45% (kontrol), pemberian pakan komersial protein 45% + vitamin E 1000 mg/kg
(P1), dan pemberian pakan komersial protein 45% + vitamin E 1000 mg/kg + 3%
Spirulina (P2).
reproduksi induk lobster air tawar. The market demand for crayfish commodities has increased. This should be supported by the production of quality crayfish seeds. This final project activity aims to improve the reproductive performance of crayfish broodstock through the application of vitamin E and Spirulina in feed in order to obtain optimal crayfish hatchery results. The method used is a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments and three replications. The treatments were 45% protein commercial feed (control), 45% protein commercial feed + 1000 mg/kg vitamin E (P1), and 45% protein commercial feed + 1000 mg/kg vitamin E + 3% Spirulina (P2). The results showed that the best treatment was obtained in the P2 treatment (P<0,05) with a fecundity value of 210,33±17,78 grains, hatching rate of 90,00±1,73%, and survival rate of 88,33±0,57%. Application of vitamin E and Spirulina in feed can improve the reproductive performance of crayfish broodstock. |
